The Easter bank holiday weekend is upon us – We are letting our customers know that the office and telephone support will be closed on Friday 19th April 2019 (Good Friday) and Monday 22nd April 2019 (Easter Monday).
Technical support will be available via support tickets and email as usual. You can raise a support ticket via the clients portal or via email: support@iracknet.com. We will continue to monitor our systems during the long weekend.
If you need any billing assistance you can also raise a billing ticket through the clients portal or send an email to: billing@iracknet.com. The office and telephone support will be back open on Tuesday 23rd April 2019.
