It has been a long wait, but we are pleased to announce that we can now accept online payments through the clients portal. You will be able to pay by debit or credit cards for any of the services you have with us.
All you need to do is log into your clients portal – Click on an unpaid invoice and change the “Payment Method” to: Debit or Credit Card. Then click on the “Pay Now” button. This will take you to a page where you can enter your card information securely to make payment. Our payment processor for online payments is with Stripe.
If you are setup on direct debit via GoCardless this will still continue to work as normal and if you still wish to pay via other payment methods such as bank transfer (BACS) or over the phone, then these options will still be available to you.
