If you ever need to access the webmail facility on the cPanel platform then all you need to do is head over to: https://cpanel.iracknet.com/webmail and log in with your email address and email password.
If you have never logged into the webmail before then you will most likely see a webmail selector. It doesn't really matter which one you choose but we would recommend choosing the "RoundCube" option. Click on that and it will load into email account.
