You need to login to your cPanel account and head for “Authentication” which is under the Email section.
DKIM is a way of verifying incoming email. It ensures that incoming messages are unmodified and are from the sender from whom they claim to be. This feature works to prevent incoming spam messages. An SPF record allows you to specify servers and IP addresses that are authorized to send mail from your domain names. This feature works to prevent outgoing spam messages.
By default, if you have email services hosted on the cPanel platform you will have the following SPF record set: v=spf1 +a +mx +ip4:212.69.228.2 ~all
If you need to adjust the SPF/DKIM records are any time, there are options on the same page that will allow you to adjust them at any time. If you need any further assistance with this, please open a support ticket up on the client’s portal.
