How to add an additional contact?

If you wish to add additional contacts to your account for support or billing purposes then you can follow these steps that will show you how do that.

  1. Log onto the client area by going to:
  2. Select "Hello, Your Name" in the top right hand corner and then click on "Contacts/Sub-Accounts" as shown in the screenshot below.

3. Enter the contact details of the additional contact and select which permissions and email preferences you wish for them to have and then click "Save Changes".
