Windows XP Users

We do not support Windows XP when you are using us for email services since Windows XP is very outdated and is now classed as end of life. Which means the operating system does not receive any security updates from Microsoft. Due to this Windows XP and Microsoft Outlook do not have the updates available to be able to securely connect to our DirectAdmin platform.

We would seriously recommend that you update your computer systems, so they no longer use Windows XP and use an operating system that is still supported by Microsoft. If you still need to use Windows XP then the only other alternative is to either use: Mozilla Thunderbird which does work with our email server settings or use the webmail facility to receive and send emails.
